Our experience was disappointing due to multiple issues. The suite we booked was dark and poorly lit, making it uncomfortable to relax. We also faced WiFi connectivity problems, especially near the bed. Additionally, the breakfast atmosphere was unsettling, as many guests had visible bandages from hair transplants, which was quite off-putting.

However, I faced issues with the WiFi. it was slow in my room, which can be annoying when trying to plan your day. Breakfast time was quite chaotic. I was surprised by a lot of guests with bandages on their heads, which was a bit unsettling. The restaurant staff could improve, as they seemed unorganized, making breakfast less enjoyable. Additionally, the absence of alcohol at the restaurant was disappointing. I would have loved to unwind with a glass of wine while enjoying the view. Still, the location offered easy access to Istiklal Street and Galata Tower, which was a huge plus. Despite some quirks, my stay had plenty to appreciate, especially the lovely room and view.

The room had a balcony with an amazing sea view, large windows, and really comfy furnishings. Totally loved the hammam and the massages, especially the couples massage. Breakfast was tasty with various fresh veggies and fruits. Wifi worked great for streaming on the flat-screen TV in the room. The staff helped us a lot with transport.
